Roland Flageolets are green kidney beans unique to Belgium (ok not unique to belgium, France has them as well) - Green Flageolet.

Flageolets are a well known European product. Green in color, they have a unique delicate flavor. We use these beans in french cooking in dishes such as Gigot D'agneau (roasted leg lamb) et Flageolets, roti de porc (pork roast) etc...

Preparation: 
Roland Flageolets are precooked, ready to heat and serve. Product should be drained and warmed in a saucepan on a low flame with butter. Do not boil.
