Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature, fermentation is
halted when the balance of alcohol degree + sugar = 11.5 + 24,7. Clay and
limestone and clay and silica.
Golden color, deep, with silver hints. Floral, ripe fruit, lemon,
grape fruit. Fresh and clean, the mid palate is round and soft, with a citrusy
finish. Very nice length.
