    The wine is a clear, golden colour with a fine bouquet of tropical fruit, mangoes and citrus fruit, with light, spicy notes, and leaves a flavoursome freshness and pleasant aromatic persistence on the palate, with hints of lime blossom.

  • Chateau Roustit is a family estate that has been in operation since before 1943. Since that date, the 16-hectare estate has been run by Mr. Dubourg. The white vines extend over 9 hectares. The soils are clay-and-limestone and gravel.

    The noble-rotted white grapes are hand-picked in successive sorting runs.
