Vinification: Concrete and stainless steel tanks. Selection is done plot by plot management, young vines. Average alcohol content ranges from 13 % to 13,5 % of alc./vol.
Ageing: Type of barrels 100 % French oak barrels(fine grain and medium toast) Age of barrels is 20% new oak , 80% barrels of 1 and 2 wines. Ageing time is around 12 months
