Val de Loire,
Maceration for 20 days, 15% of juice drained, de vatting ,
malolactic fermentation. Maturing in vats for 4 to 8 months. Mainly clay Chalk,
vines planted on the hillsides and foot of the slopes.
Quite intense ruby red color. Expressive with notes of red fruit
soaked in alcohol and spices. Full attack, pleasant structure, very harmonious,
round, the aromas of fruit in alcohol carry on to the palate.
