2019 Baumann Riesling Tradition - AOC Alsace
Tasting notes: Bright clean nose with green apple, a hint of mineral notes which end up into citrus fruit. Mouth feel, crisp & lively which ends with exotic ripe notes of pineapple.
Food pairing: Shellfish, seafood, delicatessen, choucroute, cheese
Harvest: entire grapes, pressing between 4 to 9 hours, slow fermentation beginning with slow température during 1 to 3 mois, maturing on the lees until march.
