Appellation: natural sweet wine

Grape variety: small-grain white muscat

Yields: 30 hl/ha

Type of soil: clay-limestone

Soil cultivation: sustainable cultivation for over 30 years;
grassing controlled mechanically (hoeing). Scribbling is practiced several times a year at different depths depending on the case.

Vinification: manual harvest in crates, then sorted on a conveyor belt and destemmed. Skin maceration at low temperature (3°). Pressing. Cold settling. Fermentation at low temperature.

Characteristics: a light gold wine, shiny with golden reflections. The complex aromatic palette combines pear with rose water and exotic fruits.

Alcohol content: 15° Drink young and always very fresh (around 7°)

To taste: as an aperitif, with melon, foie gras, fruity desserts (strawberries), oriental pastries, blue cheeses, dark chocolate.
