Description
Pinsa Romana is a healthy and light flat bread made of a mix of wheat and soy flour to which rice and mother dough are added. The result is a hydrated dough, without any fats or sugars.
Pinsere” is the Latin word for "press" or "flatten". It was the Di Marco family in Italy who invented this oval-shaped product while using the last piece of dough to make little loaves and flattening them into focaccia.
