Description
A traditional Spanish style blood pudding sausage made of pork blood,
onions and smoked paprika. Grill, broil or sauté in olive oil and serve as a hot tapa. Also delicious with potatoes and/or cooked apples and ideal for flavoring legumes, rice dishes, casseroles and stuffed pastries. Last but not least, an essential sausage for making Fabada Asturiana and other stews (cocidos).
Ingredients : Pork, Pork Blood (Pork Blood, Water, Vinegar), Dry Onions, Smoked Paprika Powder, Salt, Cane Sugar, Black Pepper, Spices (Nutmeg, Coriander, Caraway, Allspices). Encased in Natural Pork Casing.
