Our cream contains finely grated coconut flakes. We obtain the flakes from the pulp of fruits – naturally GMO-free – grown in the Philippines and Indonesia that gives the cream an enveloping consistency, conjuring exotic places and setting the imagination free. The finely shredded flakes, made from coconuts from Indonesia and the Philippines, on the one hand enhance the aroma of the raw materials and on the other make our fillings so irresistibly creamy and soft.
