These small French specialty pastries from Bordeaux have the shape of a cylinder with a soft interior coated by a lightly caramelized layer. The canelé is well known for its wonderful vanilla and rum harmony and our canelés are made in Bordeaux by Acquitaine Spécialités without any coloring or food additive. Previously frozen.
You can warm the Canelés for between 5 and 10 minutes for the Canelés to regain their crispness.
