The brand was born deep in Provence in the kitchen of a brave, busy mother and an amazing cook. Encouraged by her two sons, Eric and Philippe, she started selling her preparations at the local market. Then in 1993 Eric would decide to unite the people who would become the lifeblood of a deliciously tasty brand. It is an artisanal cookery based on fresh produce with no additives, colorings, or preservatives. These products are made from start to finish in Provence in the south of France with products that are all AOC selected and artisanal.

- Eggplant delight with truffle: Grilled eggplant 90% (including antioxidant: citric acid), rapeseed oil 6%, summer truffle paste 3.2% (summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 62.5%, water, flavorings, salt), garlic, salt, black pepper.
- Truffle Parmesan Cream: Liquid cream 40% (milk, lactic ferments), water, Parmesan cheese 13% (milk, salt, rennet), rice flour, egg yolk, summer truffle paste 4.2% (summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 62.5%, water, flavorings, salt), rapeseed oil, garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice, black pepper.
- Truffle Olive Delight: Green olives 82% (green olives, water, salt), olive oil 7.4%, rapeseed oil 7.4%, summer truffle paste 3.2% (summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 62.5%, water, flavorings, salt).
- Artichoke and Truffle Delight: Artichoke 62%, water, rapeseed oil, summer truffle paste 3.2% (Summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 62.5%, water, flavorings, salt), concentrated lemon juice, salt, garlic, modified starch, pepper.
Ingredients:
- Délice d'aubergines à la truffe : Aubergines grillées 90% (dont antioxydant : acide citrique), huile de colza 6%, pate de truffes été 3,2% (Truffes d'été (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 62,5%, eau, arômes, sel), ail, sel, poivre noir.
- Crémeux parmesan à la truffe : Crème liquide 40% (lait, ferments lactiques), eau, parmesan 13% (lait, sel, présure), farine de riz, jaune d’œufs, pate de truffes été 4,2%, (Truffes d'été (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 62,5%, eau, arômes, sel) huile de colza, ail, sel, jus de citron concentré, poivre noir.
- Délice d'olives à la truffe : Olives vertes 82 % (olives vertes, eau, sel), huile olive 7,4%, huile colza 7,4%, pate de truffes été 3,2% (Truffes d'été (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 62,5%, eau, arômes, sel).
- Délice d'artichaut à la truffe : Artichaut 62%, eau, huile de colza, pate de truffes d’été 3,2% (Truffes d'été (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 62,5%, eau, arômes, sel), jus de citron concentré, sel, ail, amidon modifié, poivre.
