- Mousse chocolat noir Valrhona 70%: Heavy cream, Sugar, Egg yolk, Whole eggs, Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, Milk
- Gluten-free cocoa sponge: Egg white, Sugar, Egg yolk, Cocoa powder
