Each bite of this creamy truffle stunner is bursting with an earthy flavor and full-bodied notes of black Périgord truffles and pairs well with a glass of bubbly!
Following the success of the perfect blend of one of France’s most emblematic cheeses and the world’s most famous mushroom, we are now presenting a version of the Camembertine beautifully packaged in a high-quality wooden box. The recipe remains the same with around 1 month of aging. And its sensation on the tongue is one of a kind: the creamy, fondant texture of the camembert blends perfectly with the woody, full-bodied notes of the Périgord black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt. 3%). Its flavors are long-lasting and delicate.
- Exclusive recipe, developed in partnership with the Fromagerie Rouzaire and Maison de la Truffe
- Filled with 3% black truffle from Perigord
- Beautifully packaged in a high-quality wooden box
Camembertine is the perfect combination of the most emblematic cheeses in France and the most famous mushrooms in the world. This alliance was made possible thanks to the combination of talents of the Fromagerie Rouzaire, who specialized in manufacturing soft cheeses in the Île de France region, and Maison de la Truffe, a jeweler of black diamonds since 1932.
The recipe is as simple as it is genuine, bringing out the best of the ingredients: after about 4 weeks of ripening, the Camembert cheeses are cut through the middle and then stuffed with a mixture of mascarpone, 3% Périgord black truffle (Tuber Melanisporum Vitt.) and extra virgin olive oil flavored with black truffle.
The result on the palate is unmistakable: Camembert's creamy and melting texture pairs beautifully with the woody and full-bodied truffle notes. The flavors are long and delicate.

La texture crémeuse et fondante du camembert se marie à merveille avec les notes boisées et corsées de la truffe noire du Périgord. Les saveurs sont longues et délicates. Un vrai coup de cœur !
