Lutosa's Allumette Shoestring Fries (7/7 mm 1/4" thin cut) are made from a long potato variety (Non-GMO Bintje from Belgium, France, Holland, and Germany) with a high dry matter content.

These gluten-free and allergen-free potatoes are pre-fried in sunflower oil and coated with a gluten-free clear starch coating for extra crispiness which also keeps them hot a lot longer.

Thanks to the special pre-cooking process, these pre-fried fries can be prepared using 3 cooking methods: (deep) fryer, (convection) oven or (oil-less) air fryer.
