Inspired by the traditional Breton recipe, we have succeeded in combining truffles with pieces of caramel and a touch of salt. The strength of the cocoa, delicately softened by the pieces of caramel, will melt many people. One of our recipes, or even the most sold recipe at Mathez.

Ingredients : Vegetable fats (coconut, palm kernel), sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder, cocoa powder, salted butter caramel crystals (sugar, syrup of glucose, fresh milk cream, salted butter 0.2%, skim milk powder, salt of Guerande), emulsifier: soya lecithins, raspberry natural flavor and other natural flavors. May contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, eggs and pistachios.
