White Truffles are here and we want to remind all fellow #TruffleLovers how to properly treat your fresh truffle:

1️⃣ Wrap each truffle singularly in paper towel, place them inside a glass jar, and store in your fridge. Replace the paper towel daily.

2️⃣ Remember: Truffles do not like humidity! They also freeze well.

3️⃣ Truffles may develop a little mold, it's completely natural and you need just to brush it off with a soft brush before use.

4️⃣ Fresh Truffles should be consumed as soon as possible. They last just a few days.

5️ White truffles work wonderfully heated or served as a garnish. They can also be finely grated using a microplane. Buon appetito!
