Each pudding is hand-filled in a plastic basin and cellophane-wrapped ready for steaming or microwave cooking.

All Tiptree Christmas Puddings are made in our nut-free factory and are free from Palm Oil.
The Wilkin family has been farming in Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves since 1885. The majority of the fruit used in Tiptree jars are grown on their own farm, ensuring the fruit is hand-picked with care at the most optimal time.

Tiptree puddings will taste better if steamed but be careful not to over-cook.
Steaming: For best results, remove the film and steam in the plastic basin for approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave Instructions: This pudding is cooked and requires heating only. To microwave remove the outer packaging and pierce the film. Based on an 850W oven, microwave on high for 45 seconds.
Serve immediately, and enjoy with a Brandy Hard Sauce.
