4.4oz / 125g, LES MOUETTES D'ARVOR RILLETTES OF HAKE WITH CIDER are flaky white fish slow poached and shredded then added to pureed allium and fresh cream. Slow cooked a second time to bring all of the flavors together. Sweet and buttery, perfect at room temp. Spread on a seedy cracker or pumpernickel toast. Add capers and lemon if you want to get wild.
Ingredients : Flesh Hake 38% with broth (natural flavor), flesh white Fish, fresh cream, sunflower oil,cider 8% (sulphites), onion puree, water, garlic puree, stabilizer: guar gum and carob seed flour, salt, cider vinegar (sulphites), pepper.
The Conserverie Gonidec was founded by Jacques Gonidec and his parents in the Brittany region of France in 1959.
