Cocoa is the raw material around which our daily work revolves. Therefore it is very important for us to support social and ecosystem-friendly cultivation methods. Since 2014, we have completely converted our production to 100% sustainable certified cocoa that means we only use certified cocoa like organic, Naturland, Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance.
Since 1895 the business philosophy at the Weinrich Chocolate Factory has been based on three cornerstones: tradition, aspiration and responsibility. It has been our constant aim to bring tried-and-tested, first-class recipes into harmony with the challenges of the present day – always with a view to our responsibility to people and the natural environment. In this way we are able to experience an exciting blend of tradition and trends in our world of chocolate – every day, every year and certainly for a few centuries to come.
Ingredients: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder (14%), cocoa mass, butter fat (milk) (4,5%), whey powder, hazelnut paste, emulsifier: lecithins; vanilla extract), coconut rum truffle filling (36%) (sugar, milk chocolate, coconut rum 60%Vol (14%), butter fat (milk), glucose syrup, cocoa powder, natural flavor: coconut; humectant(s): invertase).
