The classic "Pommes Forestines" (Cone Croquettes) is made from creamy mashed Bintje Potato and shaped into a cone shape before being fried. Cooking Instructions:
Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on a paper-lined baking sheet. Place the sheet on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes (or until the desired color). Turn potatoes halfway through baking.
Deep Fry
Heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen nut potatoes for about 3 minutes. Drain on a paper towel or metal strainer and serve.
