Indulge in the exquisite convenience of our pre-sliced packs of Castro y Gonzalez Acorn-fed 100% Iberico Ham. Hand-crafted using a semi-manual method that pays homage to the traditional art of carving.


This culinary treasure embodies the essence of Spanish gastronomy and offers a delightful experience that effortlessly elevates any occasion. It is freshly deboned and carved locally in Los Angeles, so, unlike other similar products, it keeps its natural essence intact, delivering a true Iberico experience. 


Castro y Gonzalez is a small, family-run business in its third generation, that has been raising Ibérico pigs and producing hams, alongside other charcuterie, since 1910. The minimum age of the ham is 36 months, and it is cured for another 36 months.


Made exclusively from purebred Iberian pigs (100% Iberico), which are native to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Por- tugal). These pigs roam freely in oak forests (Dehesas) and primarily feed on a diet of acorns (bellota) during the Mon- tanera season, which typically runs from Fall to Winter. The acorn-rich healthy diet contributes to the unique flavor and quality of the ham.
