This lobster soup is faboulous and ready to be enjoyed! Just reheat and it's ready to go. 


  1. Heat the soup in a pan on low heat (you don't want to boil it)
  2. Pour into dishes
  3. Mix with one teaspoon of  creme fraiche (or heavy whipping cream if you don't have any)
  4. Add a couple croutons or day old bread that you toasted

Et voila!
