🇫🇷 Le Petit Pavé de Paris, 4.9 oz (140g)

Le Petit Pavé de Paris is an artisanal cheese that embodies French elegance and expertise. This cheese is inspired by French cheesemaking tradition, often associated with high-quality products and refined flavors.

Its irregular gray rind evokes the true cobblestones of Paris. When cut, a yellow and white marbling is revealed, the result of Jersey cow's and goat's milk, thanks to an innovative molding technique.

Its initially firm texture becomes more supple and melts in the mouth after several months of aging. The mineral character of the rind contrasts deliciously with the rich paste, enriched by the Jersey milk and the sweetness of the goat's milk.

The Petit Pavé de Paris with cow's milk and goat's milk is made on our Ferme de la Tremblaye Farm, located in the small village of La Boissière-Ecole on the edge of the famous Rambouillet forest associating it with crops and breeding.
