Ferrero, couscous specialists for over 100 years
It was in 1907 that Anaïs and Jean-Baptiste Ferrero, soon joined by their sons Francis and Gilbert, began making couscous in Algiers. The artisanal expertise developed by the Ferreros was passed down from a young age to their two sons, who later took over the family business. In 1964, drawing on their extensive experience, they left Algeria for France and established their factory in Vitrolles, which is still in operation today.
