Chef Dominique Ansel and Grands Moulins de Paris have teamed up to launch this premium-grade French pastry flour for home bakers for the very first time. Milled to a finer texture than the standard AP variety, this light and airy flour has a lower gluten content and is perfect for baking cakes and batters with a soft consistency and fluffy texture (think: pancakes, chiffon cakes, sponges, crêpes, and more).


Chef Dominique uses Grands Moulins de Paris flour for many of our pastries in our shops worldwide. Up until now, they have only provided their flour to professional chefs and restaurants, but we're excited that their premium flour will now be available for home cooks, too!
