Did you know? Mademoiselle de Margaux is the chocolate maker behind the Sarments du Médoc recipe. The first Sarments du Médoc were created in the 1980s following a manufacturing error! They owe their name to their shape, which is reminiscent of the winding branches of the vines in the Bordeaux vineyards.
