Produced in the Rhône-Alpes by La Fromagerie l’Etoile, makers of St Marcellin and St Félicien, Tentation St Félicien was created as a way to use surplus/unsold cream, by adding it to the milk before making the cheese. Once ripe, the cheese becomes soft and gloriously runny. Delightfully rich and creamy, Tentation St Félicien is a cheese just begging to be scooped up with a crusty baguette.
