The fine apple tart is a French staple when it comes to individual dessert. It features a thin puff-pastry crust with no raised borders, thin apple slices for topping and crisp caramelized edges. It’s light, flaky and best enjoyed by hand.

Pomone has mastered the art of making this true homemade dessert throughout the years, making it from scratch in our facilities. 

Ingredients : Apple, wheat flour, water, glazing (water, glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agent : pectins, acidifier: citric acid), brown sugar, sugar, salt.

Contain: Wheat, Milk

Cooking instructions : Open package and Reheat about 10-15 min in a pre-heated oven at 400°F (200°C)

Adjust Baking time and power to your equipment.
