Edmond Fallot has been in the Fallot family since 1840 and it’s still located on its original premises in Beaune (200m from the center), France, near Dijon. The Fallot mustard factory is also the only mustard manufacturer to mill the mustard seeds with stone grinders, thus conserving all the gustatory qualities of the seed in the paste.
In addition to a strict selection of high quality raw materials, the key to an outstanding product is the use of a stone mill to preserve all the flavors of mustard seeds. The stone mill will not heat the grains, and hence won't cook them which will make sure the flavors are kept intact.
